Howdy! I'm Emily Morris
​​Emily Morris is currently a junior at the University of Oklahoma pursuing a B.F.A degree in theatrical design (with an emphasis in lighting design) as well as minors in marketing and nonprofit organizational studies.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Emily grew up surrounded by the arts but fell in love with lighting design in high school. As she continues her education, Emily has learned she enjoys being an associate and hopes to pursue a career in associate lighting design work. Along with theatrical work, Emily is passionate about funding the arts and providing the next generation with tools and resources to create and experience art in all forms. She does this through grant writing and by supporting nonprofits focused on the arts.
